During our visit, we shall analyze your property in its slightest details and we shall propose you the improvements to bring to create the "blow of heart". Then, you will receive our report by mail with a list of recommendations.

Tariff : about half a day +  delivery of the file 

300€ until 150 m² + 3€ for any additional m²

THE PACKAGE " ONE DAY'S TRANSFORMATION" 

During our consultation "Blow of heart", we shall also specify you the various preparations for our second visit. We shall work with your furnitures and accessories with a view to freeing and to depersonalize the places. We shall dispose furnitures in a strategical way and we shall harmonize the places in order to create the sought-after ambience. Nothing will be aphazardly left! You will receive besides the report, 15 photographs of your promoted property to give to the real estate agencies.
